I have enjoyed Newport Beach Restaurant Week so much and what could be more fun than a Hornblower dinner cruise? With 360-degree ocean views of Newport Harbor and dancing all night, it’s hard to pass up. Hornblower Cruises is offering their dinner cruise for only $50 and are even honoring the same price for their brunch cruise! You can also find the HornBlower Dinner Cruise in both Newport Beach and Marina Del Rey in Los Angeles.
If you choose the dinner cruise you will be greeted with a champagne toast and then enjoy a 4-course dinner that actually includes two entrees. Everyone will start with a delicious house salad, followed by salmon with grilled vegetables. Then you will be served a second entree of short rib and mashed potatoes. Finally be sure to save your appetite because for dessert you will enjoy a very tasty berry cobbler. My favorite part was, of course, the dessert. Cobblers are my absolute favorite.
After eating all that food you will have over an hour to hit the dance floor and burn off all those calories. There were all types of celebrations going on from bachelorette parties, anniversaries, birthdays, and even family reunions. It was great people watching! If dancing isn’t your thing, they also have an observation lounge. I love looking out over the water and taking in all the breathtaking views and enormous beach front homes. Some places even still had their Christmas lights still up. I can totally relate since we just took our tree down this week!
As Restaurant Week comes to a close in Newport Beach, they are still enjoying it up in L.A. and down in San Diego so be sure to enjoy!
